We believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. We have developed our training regimen by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting our programs to new clients.

Julia is the founder and CEO of JulssRoss Training. Coach Julia has
been training for 10+ years and coaching for 5+ years. Her mission is
to deliver elite results while educating. She continuously aspires to
improve as a coach everyday.

Kaitlyn started working with JulssRoss Training as a client late summer of 2020.
Since then, she has been inspired by the lifestyle and the process of her own
transformation and wants to guide others in doing the same. With a knowledgable
background of food and nutrition, Coach Kaitlyn strives to help others develop
healthy eating habits while hitting their own personal weight loss goals.
